WHO IS JANINE FARZIN?
Janine Farzin helps conscientious people learn how to prep and cook organ meats so that they can feel confident in the kitchen, align with their values, nourish their family, and have more energy for the things they truly love in life.

Janine dedicated herself to learning and mastering how to prepare organ meats over a decade ago, knowing that she'd never have the health freedom (or family!) she desired without having a loving relationship with the sacred foods. 

She started offallygoodcooking.com in 2017 to make these resources accessible to all. She has spoken at the Weston A Price Foundation’s Wise Traditions Conference in 2019, 2021 and 2022. 

Janine has engineering degrees from UC Berkeley and MIT and was a Fulbright Fellow in Sao Paulo, Brasil. She loves a good optimization problem and was drawn to organ meats (some of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet) since they are the best way to maximize nutrients in the limited calories we consume each day.
